Drawing Title

When I created the drawing with title, the title is not what I expect it it should be. From the attached image, the first drawing is created through API while the second drawing is created manually.

Is this error on my code:

elem.drawing.title.libInd = GetLibPartIdx("Built-in Drawing Title");

NOTE: GetLibPartIdx() is function that returns the index of a library part given its name.
