Example Build fail(Archicad 25)

Hi, I am new for Add-on development, I try to build SDK example(Element_Test) use visual studio 2019(14.2),and a error happens, it says LINK : fatal error LNK1104: can not open file “Build\x64\Debug\Element_Test.res”.
