How do I edit parameters of GDL object using ArchicadAPI ?

I'm a newbie trying to do c++ add-on build, and I have a question regarding the following.

1.Is it possible to edit the parameters of a GDL object (see attach image) with Archicad's API? If so, what functions should be used?

2.When exporting files from the 3D window, is it possible to add file extensions in the API? (Specifically .glTF format)
