How to embed GSM into the APX addon (Internal Library)

Hi,

I want to learn how to create a new tookbox and use API to automate some stuff in ArchiCAD.
Please show me how to register a new Subtype and embed a GSM into the APX add-on file like this:
"C:\Program Files\GRAPHISOFT\ARCHICAD 22\Add-Ons\Pipe.apx\rfs\3DLineType.gsm"

Any guide or solution advices will help me much. Thank you.
