The Drawing created from 2d window from 2 floor where no change markers placed.
This Drawing placed to Layout.
By the command "Open source view" this view opens in a 2d window.
There are no visible change markers too.
I need to get only visible change markers.
But I get them from other floors too.
The APIFilt_OnActFloor filter is not working.
Analysis of the current floor gives 0.
element.header.floorIndex is also 0.
