How to find ARCHICAD on a computer?

Hi, everyone.

I found something confusing that there is multiple regsitry information about ARCHICAD in Registery Editor. I have installed ARCHICAD 21, 22, 23, 24. However, they are under different registry folders.

I can find ARCHICAD 22, 23, 24 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/GRAPHISOFT SE. Where is ARCHICAD 21? I found there is something about 21 under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/GRAPHISOFT/ARCHICAD_64 named ARCHICAD-64 21.0.0 INT R1.

Is it because something went wrong in my computer? I want to know if it is common that registry information in there places. Where's your registry information about ARCHICAD？

Do you want to discover different installations on the computer, or just the version an add-on is actively running in?

I want to find the dfferent installations.

I checked on a machine with similar installs (except AC24) and found the same structure in the registry.

No

Yes it is, as far as I can tell

It seems like you will find all of them in the HKEY_CURRENT_USERS section.

We search the children of "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GRAPHISOFT\ArchiCAD-64" and "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\GRAPHISOFT\ArchiCAD" to find all installations. I would be interested to know if that isn't true in your case.

BTW - we need to confirm that the installation actually exists too. Entries for deleted versions seem to hang around sometimes

I find them all under the GRAPHISOFT/ARCHICAD and GRAPHISOFT/ARCHICAD-64.
