Hello,
I wonder is there a way using Python to write a script that exports FBX just like the original finction in AC. But with the added option to flip Y and Z axis. As this is a big problem when importing in 3ds Max.

The archicad-python API won't help you. Perhaps the FBX api can let you do that? But it won't be an archicad question.
