How to Automate Copy and Paste

How can we create Add-on that can copy whole 3D windows and Paste into floor Plan automatically ?

Rather than go to the trouble of writing an add-on, you can just publish the 3D view and place it as a drawing.

I assume you want to do this in order to edit it? If the only purpose is annotation, then Matthew's suggestion is easier at the moment...
