I posted a YouTube video which describes a possible use of the Python API to transfer properties from a Excel SS to a Archicad plan. The idea is to create an office standard spreadsheet(s) of properties for different objects which can fill in all those attributes in one click using Python.
Would be interested in any comments and if this might be useful as a direction for the Python API?

Nice work!
I like the channel name "Archicad_Python_Training"
I'm also planning to create a YouTube vlog about ARCHICAD-Python Connection and python script writing.

I added anther video on Youtube to demo using a excel Spreadsheet to transfer specification factors into element properties. In affect, a method to create and use 'office specification standards'.

Also the Python files are located on the GitHub repository:

I use the Archicad hillside sample plan 23 and simply added group properties and the schedules . Opened in 24.
You can download it on dropbox, but simple enough to re-create.
