I am unable to sign in to BIMx on an older iPad Pro, although the installed operating system still meets the published minimum BIMx system requirements.
Device and software:
- Device: iPad Pro 12.9-inch, model ML2J2HC/A
- Operating system: iPadOS 16.7.16
- BIMx version: 2026.6910
- Internet connection: Personal Hotspot from an iPhone
Problem:
When I select “Sign in with Graphisoft ID” in BIMx, the following message appears:
“Sign-in failed. Something went wrong during sign-in. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later.”
I then tested the ID login directly in Safari on the same iPad. The login process redirects to "idproxy graphisoft com", where Safari displays:
“This Connection Is Not Private.”
