BimX crashing on MacOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

Haneef Tayob
Booster
I can't get to open my bimX models on MacOS High Sierra.
The same models open on the earlier versions of MacOS
I tried uninstalling and re-installing the desktop viewer. No luck
Any suggestion?

It works if I open the BimX Desktop Viewer first and then load the file instead of directly clicking on the bimX file.

Dear Haneef Tayob,

When you try to open the files, does the BIMx icon start bouncing in the dock?
Do you get a report/warning from the operating system saying that the BIMx Application failed/crashed?
If you do, can you send me Apple's crash report in a Private Message?

If you don't, maybe BIMx files are not associated to the BIMx application for some reason?
Please right-click on a BIMx file, select 'Get Info', and in the 'Open with' tab, browse for the BIMx app in the GRAPHISOFT Application folder. Make sure to press the 'Change All' button in this tab too.

Please get back to me with your findings.
