Cant import bimx model on my iphone

I can publish my Bimx model and can see and explore the Bimx model on my desktop. But if I try to import this model to my Iphone I get the message "Document can not be imported. The file format is invalid". Im on archicad 27 (latest update) and my Iphone is 13. Please help

Hi @user-jose,

When you install BMx app on your Iphone, press the plus button to add a new model.

 

Then you’ll have to choose between downloading from BIMx model transfer site or browsing inside your phone files.

I did press the + button try to download it from my I cloud files , that is when the strange message "Document can not be imported. The file format is invalid" appears. I have not tried the other method but I will soon.
