Is the service down?

I can't open any models, and get a message saying "Please make sure your network is connected and configured correctly."

I've also had clients asking for new links as the ones i sent "doesn't work anymore", but I suspect they have the same issues as me.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm glad to see Graphisoft putting our subscription money to good use by not responding to forum posts about the service being non-functional.

There is no guarantee the correct person from Graphisoft will see your post here.

Did you report the issue?

Did you try contacting your local support to see what they say?

Hi,

There was a server side issue on BIMx Model Transfer last Friday between ~9:30AM-11:45AM UTC.

If you still experience loading error with models you attempted to open in this period, clear the browser cache and also delete the cookies&site data of bimx-webviewer.graphisoft.com and bimx.graphisoft.com. See description for Chrome and Safari

Using another browser or opening the model in an incognito window also helps.

We apologize for the inconvenience!

Best regards,

Try clearing your cache, checking your internet connection, and reconnecting to the platform. Others are likely facing the same issue if multiple links stopped working.
