Do you have any antivirus on your computer? It might constantly locking all the files while you load the library, as they check it for malware. I suggest to put all Graphisoft related folders to an Exception list and check again if you can load libraries or not.

Thank you for that. I had researched the community platform. There was one person who mention to delete the library caches in the Local USER > local and roaming folders. I have deleted all the files and Archicad 25. It is working fine now. Hope this does not happened anymore.
