Odd property calculation issue...

I created a property script for a double hung window part using the COMPONENT command. The script work but for some reason one of my IF statements about the height of the window failed. The height was 3'-0". I used the standard double hung window from the AC 8.1 library and modified it to my needs. I ran the script over and over and for some reason it would not work. I finally made the height 3'-0 1/1000" and it worked. Any ideas? Thanks.
