- you create a blank window over anything on the desktop, be it Archicad, Word, Plotmaker, photoshop or a Finder window
- you make it transparent to see what you're doing
- you annotate it, draw, mark-up, write right there on the fly
- you click a camera button to catch the background
- you save it, in a number of formats, even pdf, directly
Much faster than my current workflow, using a plain screen grabber to save and open in Photoshop or whatever to annotate.

So simple, and so useful. The only thing lacking is a direct save as GIF option. But Graphic Converter takes care of that, if necessary.
