Adding Furniture to an Archicad model in another software

I've recently completed drawing up a project to a care home for a client and exported them a BIMx file which they've viewed etc. However, they have asked if they can add their own furniture to help plan the layouts.

Does anyone know of any free software that they can import an .ifc, skp or whatever enabling the client to do this?

Thanks in advance

Blender should do the trick (it is free and cross-platform. But if they have their models, maybe the authoring software is capable of reading IFC files and that would be easier for them.):

https://www.blender.org/

To import .skp files, they could use the following addon:

To import IFC files, BlenderBIM is a good way to go:

https://blenderbim.org/

They could export the layout model as an IFC, 3DS or FBX file (depending on the version of Archicad that the project is in), that should be a starting point for collaboration.
