ArchiCAD <> Artlantis interaction

Hi.

Students in a class makes buildings in ArchiCad 9 and continue to ArtLantis 4.5 to make great presentations and really looks fine.
Here comes the BUT, if they have done a "walk trough" of a building and notice that a wall, door or furniture need to be moved, they have to go back to ArchiCad and make the change then to ArtLantis and by hand do the same command as last time.

Our Q. are there any script engine or even better recorder and replay of commands in ArtLantis. Like in many other more technical programs.

And another case: It happens that many shapes get the same shader ( same descriptor ) by exporting from ArchiCad to ArtLantis as for example a wall can have the same shader as a coach. Repaint the wall in ArtLantis and you got f.ex. a brick-painted coach! Any work around on this?

i'm not sure that this fully answers your question, but you can open your newly saved AC->ATL file using the previous ATL file as a reference. from the art•lantis help document:
