Now. i'm aware that this single-user .pln file is very old and complex (I'm working on a project that was originally started in 1994 – I think that was AC 4.1 or the like– which means that there is content in the file that is around 26 years old - maybe that's some kind of record?).
But since the export (Save As DWG) worked in AC23, I can't see what excuse AC24 has for not exporting. I've even tried to turn off layers until the plan view is practically empty, to no avail.
