Archiforma versus Encina Objective

I bought Archicad Start Edition recently, and now I want to buy a 3d plugin. What plugin do you think is better?
The price is more o less equal.
Give me opinions please.

I watched your video and I want to ask you more details about how you accomplished that (did you use a hidden wall to place the window in? did you use some solid element operations to cut the whole in the corrugated sheet object?)
