Architerra DXF to mesh

I have dxf survey file and need to convert it to mesh with Architerra.
steps please?

Input => DXF => [desired file]
Input => Outline => [trace edge of nodes]
Input => Terrain

You can also manually trace (or import) the outline with a fill.

That is how Cigraph's one works. Not sure if that is how Eptar's one works. Might be the same as their offerings look identical on the surface.
