First, create a Signature file. It will make it a lot easier for people to figure out what might be happening on your computer and how to help you. Let us know what platform you are on, what version of ArchiCAD you have, etc. To see how to create a Signature go here:

I'm goin to guess right of the bat that you don't have the most recent version of 9 because i believe this has been fixed. Go to
