Area can export a value from a property

Anonymous
Not applicable
here is my problem :

If I want to use the sum of some values of areas (for example occupancy) in a other property, which handle a formula, is there a way to "export" those values and sum it outside of the areas ?
Should this be a sort of macro or other ?

Typically, I would need a property value which is the sum of occupancy of all areas of a level, and be able to use that sum into another property (with formulas, for example "sum of occupancy must be bigger to .."

Anybody can help ?
