AutoCAD to ArchiCAD and back again....

When opening AutoCAD dwg (2002 format) some of the lines in colour 7 (white) appear blue and quite thick - with a thickness. Likewise, when the archicad file is exported as a dwg file and opened in autocad, the lines all have thicknesses. Can anyone please shed some light on this - and possible workarounds. Thanks

You are opening the DWG with pen number to pen number conversion rule. Pen No 7 in ArchiCAD is blue.

You also have the Tru Weight on in ArchiCAD. That is why your ine is thick.

Switch the True Weight off when saving DWG file.
