Automatic update of project files when chaning project folder from one hard drive to another

Hi guys! sometimes i find myself moving a whole folder which contains a project from the main harddrive to the secondary one. Is there a way for the linked files (like dwg in the worksheets) update the new location, as for save the harddrive, the folder structure remains the same.
