C4D updating model

hello,

i really have problems updating my model in c4d useing the Xchange-plugin.

after upding archicad 9 and using the updates from the maxon-page i get the plugin working so i can save a ac4d-file and open it in maxon c4d (9.521).

anyway how to update? maxon support says i have to write a update file, something like ac4du... ?? cant write this?? cant find any hint anywhere???

In AC go to the 3D window
file-> save as
under format choose C4D and save

In C4D
go to
file -> merge
and select the AC exported file
a window should pop up asking if you want to add the model or update a folder
select the folder to be updated and click ok

thats the way it should be... but ... than i get a StrNotFound Meassage from cinema .... is there any problem known with c4d 9.521 ?? no reaction from maxon e-mail support yet archicad is 9 newest build...

C4D is at build 9.603, but the plugin was working ok with 9.5

arg... maybe i try with 9.6, i really like to see an undo-update; 9.6 changes the lightning in your "old" projekts, and most benfits mac-users, the other patches are installed. i ll try ...maybe first with a new installation of the plugin , if possible... no problems with AC-site of the plugin known?

works fine with 9.5 ... never change the installation path ... ähhh ... sorry
