If my guess is correct this is the difference between an architect that uses AC professionally and has the knowledge to create the plugins, (or the programmer sitting in the next desk over), vs marketing surveys or Project Manager interviews.

That is correct. The libpack one doesn't have them though the regular Monolithic one does. Misread it. You can extract them from the Monolithic library as I had to do with the Medicine Cabinet.

Mine has it. Are you sure that you have loaded the latest "Archicad Library 28" I think they were not available in the one from Tech Preview?
