Calculate customized surfaces schedules without Excel

Hello,

It's my first post here and I'm also new with AC10, hope someone can give me some advice.

With ArchiCAD 9 I used to calculate zone surfaces (m2) which I exported to Excel and there I could change them on my own, specially presentation. Since AC10 OLE objects don't work and I can't use this method. I know the official response is to use pdf instead, but that is not a good idea, because despite pdf may be linked to AC, it's not linked to Excel, and sometimes we can make many changes into surfaces which would mean that we have to create many pdf files. It's not optimal.

I think that the best thing would be not using Excel and create all the lists inside AC, so when any change is made into the original zones, it would be automatically updated.

So, my question is: how can I do that? I know there're some listings, but they're too basic (txt format) and they show some data I don't want to see and, on the contrary, I'd like to show some data which is not displayed. In addition I want all the titles to be written in a language that AC doesn't support (it means that I should edit the fields' titles)

Thanks for your help.

PS: maybe the word "schedule" is not the one that AC uses. I just guessed it. Sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused.
