Cigraph ArchiTile - to create elevation

Hello,

We are facing an issue of ArchiTile in terms of elevation creation from the selected tiles or fill. Tiles and fills (covers the tiles) are selected after pressing the Elevation icon nothing happen just Cigraph splash screen pops up.

We use AC 16,17 and Cigraph ArchiTile DEMO.

In the limitation text no restriction written about ArchiTiles.

Did you contact Cigraph? They are usually very prompt in responding.
