DWG translation set up

Have used the DWG "for further editing" translator for years, but now have been told by others that they can't open my files. Is it a problem between old autocad versions and AC14? Is there something I need to change in my setup?

May be the AutoCAD version in the DWG translation setup, did you check which version you are exporting to and the version your consultants were using?

Aside from exporting to the correct Autocad version, The Keep Pen Index Number (KPIN) translator is the only one allowing for consistent round-trips. It is recommended to make your pen sets compatible with the Autocad user's too.
