Dimension & Text Not Showing Up in DWG conversion

Realize it's a basic question, probably with a simple answer, but I can't seem to have text (including dimensions) show up on my dwg conversion. I am using Times New Roman, 6 pt font and it shows up microscopically small on the dwgs. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can't reproduce that here. Is your text set to Scale Independent
or scale with plan?
