Does the same happen on XP? 10 is officially not supported on Vista.

Hellow Djordje,

I've tried to install in XP it also crushes. One thing I've noticed is that the installation have an option of installing the documentation of the plug-in, but even if I select this option I do not see any related documentation. Could it be the wrong plug-in? (I downloaded it from a link in http://www.graphisoft.com/products/archicad/solutions/sketchup.html, I'm sure it is for AC 10)

Regards,

hi everyone...

i had the same problem using windows xp and ac10. if you save the sketchup file down to sketchup version 5 (or 4 or 3) then archicad doesn't crash.

hope that helps...

That's it.

Sketchup 5 is the highest version that goes across without troubles.
