Help! Zone name of wall disappear!

I make a complex wall as the ceiling skirting. I hope the wall schedule could clearly show this ceiling skiring's properties such as width, height and zone name.

The zone name of the wall could clearly be shown in the schedule ( Figure 01), once I make the this skirting lower than the "cut plane" (Figure 02).

When I lift the wall higher than the "cut plane(Figure 03), the zone name of the wall disappear.

Of course, I could lift the " cut plane " over the ceiling skirting. However the door would disappear. So are there any better choices other than this?
