How to convert Vectorworksfiles to Archicadfiles?

How do you convert Vectorwork 10 files to Archicad 10 file with preserved 3d-information. With DWG import/export it seems like only the 2d-information imports.

I guess the best and only way, could be through IFC export. What platform are you on? i am on mac and NNA has not released the IFC plugin for MAC OS X as yet. If you are on windows, then you should give this a try.
