IFC Manager and unselect properties

I want to export a IFC without certain IFC properties, and im unsure about the best workflow.

I dont want to remove the properties from IFC Schema Setup.

Why is it possible to uncheck some, but not every property in the IFC Manager menu? Can I open the locked properies somewhere?

You should use the IFC Scheme Setup Dialog. You can export and import schemes very easily.
So just save your current scheme. Then remove as many of those IFC Properties as you want. Then save that as another scheme.
Then you can import any of those Schemes as you wish whenever you need.
