Hi,

I need to create a illuminance calculation plan and illuminance calculation diagram (including reflectances), which add-on program to ArchiCad 13 can I use? where can I download the program from?

I don't know if this is exactly what you are looking for, but this program from Velux can do many things regarding natural lighting. Not sure if you can add artificial lights. You can import 3DS file from ArchiCAD and it is free too.

I am doing fitout design for a shop and they require illumination plans for the overall shop... i did the design in archcad with all the lights in there... what to do????

Have you tried Dialux yet?
I understand it's the leader software for serious illumination studies, and it's free.

It is actually just a floor plan with dots and numbers on it relating to the lux amount at the point... how to create such diagram?
