Import projects from Archicad 7 to AC 11

Hi, I would like to know how can I import a project made with AC v7.0 to AC v11 ? Is this possible ?

More tricky, I think that the procedure is from 7 to 9 (updates the AC file and Plotmaker) and then from 9 to 11.

The info for 9 to 11 is;
