How can i increase decimals number in "Value" of "Property Manager"? (e.g value: 0.0014)

Go to the Options > Project Preferences > Working Units Dialog.
Here you can set the decimal places. Please note that different fields will affect different types of Properties, I trust you will figure out which field affects which types.
