Hey there! I am just starting a freelance career, and wanted to ask how do you manage communication with clients and payments? Just through messengers and direct payments or any tools can recommend?

I charge by the hour, and do all design work in real time via zoom with the clients present.
i use asana for all of my scheduling. the timeline is a godsend for tracking multiple projects.
