I watched all nine clips on Archistair 2.0
Quite impressive, but was not sure if it could handle something
like the attached image.
Would you clarify that for me?
Basic idea is a winder with inside corner at a 45 degree cut.
This is a common solution to tight areas and winders
to better allow easier path for furniture and to meet
min tread width.
Can you post an example in 3d with
rail and skirt "base" board?

I have the previous version of ArchiStair and the one feature that I miss is the ability to place balusters where I want them. Typically, I would place a baluster on the first tread, at all corners of a landing and at the last tread.

I would place additional balusters if needed for structural needs.

But you can do the same also using ArchiStair 1.0...

The Newel positioning is much more flexible than before.
See the attached images.
You can "snap" at the corner of the elements and at the "variation" of slope.
Additional post can be manually inserted also using the gravity to stair function.

the inside edge of this stair.
If the stair you show (or any inside
90 degree corner stair) had the
just the nosing, stick past the inside wall
corner, would that create a problem
for your stair add-on?

The add-on is not 'aware' of any walls. So, you must size the stair in a way to achieve the desired result. If there is a wall adjacent to the inside of the stair, then you should tell Archistair to not generate nosing on that side of the tread. You have complete control.

Edit: Ah. I see your comment in your initial illustration. Yes, if you want the nosing to penetrate a wall for whatever reason, just do it. ArchiStair knows nothing about the walls.
