Provided you have the necessary software to work with it... (Rhino, 3ds max, ZBrush, Modo...)

I would not use this directly with ArchiCAD, though. It might be more suitable in a 3D Visualization software, where you can included it for renderings or to remodel it simplified for use in ArchiCAD.

I wouldn't have much use for stuff this small in my ArchiCAD models.
