Objects & Zone IFC Parameters

Hi.
I am working on a complex housing project. I have created new IFC zone parameters to provide additional infrormation about the building number, staircase and apartement number.

I have been asked to create schedules/lists of furnitures per ex staircase. I know how to make schedules of furnitures while taking information (name, number) of the zone they belong. My questions is how can I get the information of the IFC parameters of the zones and not only their names or their numbers?

I'm not sure how ArchiCAD 18 does it but in ArchiCAD 19 in the Scheme Settings using the "Add..." pop up/button click the black triangle and it gives you the option to add parameters from either your objects or your IFC settings
