Online Project and Document Management

I have a client here in Australia that is thinking about making use of an online Project Web/ Information Channel as a way to share their preliminary, tender and construction documents. This is for access by their clients, builders, consultants, authorities, sub-contractors and suppliers, to minimize the time required to distribute electronic-format documentation.

Maybe something like http://www.biwtech.com.

Has anyone had experence with such a service and since they are in Australia, would they especially benefit from an Australian provider?

If anyone (especially the Aussies) can recommend one, I'd appreciate any recommendations.
