Paper Space DWG export produces a blank (white) square

I can get nice DWG exports using Model Space and the Save As command for each individual layout. However, if I group a few in a set and go through Publisher, all I get is a blank sheet. Below I have pasted a screenshot from my translator settings as well as the online DWG viewer from Autodesk's site:

If I drag and drop the .dwg file from the Finder into Archicad in Layout mode, all I see is the emtpy grey square you can see below, next to my original layout:

Oh, and when it drops in, it initially appears miles away from my layout - I had to move it next to it so I could copy and paste above.

 

What am I doing wrong?

We have had the same issue for months. We almost always send our engineers the titleblock for the project in DWG format. See my post here: Layout DWG Export - Wrong Size
