Scheduling question

I am working on a Furniture Bid Package w/ a couple issues getting the schedule to do what I want...

I have two questions...

1) I have (3) manufacturers w/ (3) respective model #'s that I want to display within the same cell, respectively. I can get these into a textblock using a paragraph, which is fairly easy. Can you schedule a textblock?

2) Each item has a description, but some of these descriptions have more than 255 characters. Is there any way to get more than 255 characters using a paragraph/textblock/richtext? Is there any way to schedule these descriptions that are longer than 255 available charters in any given parameter?
