Text Scheduling?

Is it possible to schedule text?
we have several comments around our plans in a separate layer. It would be really useful to have those organised, but i am not seeing Text object as an Element Type anywhere inside scheme settings

i would say no as Text is not countable tool

I would do it this way

Create an object with a text parameter name Comments

us it where you need in the project and fill the comments parameter with whatever caption you need

Schedule this object and add the comments parameter in the hidden "add object parameters" option in the schedule window.

You will have to add a TEXT2 command in the 2D script.

Easiest way :

Draw what you need exactly in a plan (shape and a random text)

Save it as an object

Open object and create a text parameter

In the 2D Script look for the text you wrote and change it for the text parameter.

Save...

Still not working in Elevation (am not sure if objects are usable in any ways in Vertical plans...)

You can add objects with text in elevations, but you can not schedule anything in an elevation.
Schedules only work on what is placed on the floor plan or elements that make up the 3D model.

Perhaps I am missing your point... But, instead of plain text, why don't you use labels (with no arrows) associated with a "Comment" property?
Labels can be displayed in Sections and freely scheduled.
