Wall gross area - net area problem AC21

Hi,
I have a wall with no openings and Net Area is not equal to Gross Area which it should be.
I feel I missed something basic here...

Have a look in 3D how the walls connect.
You will find that the net area does not include the p
art that is from the adjacent wall.

My walls are all the same length (2.0m x 2.0m) but the difference in the 2 smaller net areas is because the walls are at slightly different angles.
