I have problems with understanding surface area of the wall outside face surface (gross) in the schedules.
When I connect several walls and multiply the length of the exterior face of the connected walls with their hight, the sum (Area) turns out to be less than that of the surface area of the outside face surface gross that appears in the schedule. It looks like some area is being added to the gross surface and I don't understand where it might come from. These values are identical when I separate the walls, but that is hardly the way to work. Does anybody know this problem?
