Hi all,
This is a bug, but it has existed in Archicad for quite a while now and I'm surprised I couldn't find any info about it. The issue happens on AC26 as well
We found that the "Glass" fill orientation of Archicad default doors can be different from its elevation. Here's an example:
The "Glass" section uses a surface with horizontal line as fill.
Strangely, AC windows don't have this issue:
Another thing: CI Doors also don't have this issue, which makes me think it could be a problem of the object itself? Not too sure if this is a schedule or object issue, moderators feel free to move the topic to where it should be.
Thank you very much!
Operating system used: Windows 28.0.3

Default Archicad windows and doors do not offer any resistance to mirroring (or switching the opening side, which is basically the same thing).
Most of the time this is not detected, since I guess most people have no fills set in their glass surfaces.
But if you do: .... yeah. Utterly bad.
Could be the same issue here. I have no experience with the CI objects tho.

Yup, thanks for the confirmation. It looks like an object issue then. I reported the bug to GS

Check the model view options / door detail level display are the same in both the schedule and the internal elevation.
I found archicads doors will switch the orientation of the texture between some of the model view detail levels going between schematic and detailed. see below, same door, same materials. only change is the model view options. very frustrating.
schedule views don't have the bottom bar to check the current model view options,
But the view properties are saved and can be access from the navigator/organizer
ensure all the view properties are the same between the two views and let me know if that solves the issue.
