So, while I was setting up some things I also had another look at the MEP specifications. The EN 1057 for copper pipes states that some pipes can have wall thicknesses below 1 mm. However, currently we can not set this up correctly in AC; the minimum wall thickness is 1 mm.

Ist schon in der Mache. Das auch beim Rest umzusetzen erforderte dann doch noch etliches an (nicht sichtbaren) Mehraufwand. Darf man sich also für v31+ drauf freuen 

In the second post you have a screenshot where I can see that you save the files as ".prf" – not as .xml. Try that and see if it helps (there is a radio button in the export dialog).
